During this new and unexpected time we have expanded our weekly meditation sessions to include meditation/ mindfulness “top ups” on Tuesday mornings at 8.30am. These are paid for by charitable donation – see below.
At our regular Mindful Meditators sessions we lead a range of meditation and mindfulness practices to help you connect to the present and find more space and calm within.
The Friday sessions are run jointly by Anni and Ray and we usually take turns in leading the sessions.
Tuesday sessions are run by Anni.
Private, tailored sessions available by arrangement
Prices: Per hour £50 for 1:1, £60 2:1, £70 3:1.
Location: Prices above for remote link on Zoom.
Remote sessions: 1:2:1’s, with family or friends - do contact me if you are interested.
