Remote Yoga Sessions

Participating in my online yoga sessions is easy as everything is done for you. You just click on links!

If you are new to my yoga classes please contact me by email before clicking on the link otherwise you will not be able to enter the Zoom sessions.

You may need to be creative with your props. You will want to have a mat, blanket/s, blocks (or cushion/s), bricks (or books), ready. We usually also use a strap (or dressing belt / skipping rope/tights?).

Safety
Because these are on-line courses it is likely that I will not be able to see you clearly. Your safety is your responsibility so please take care to make sure that you have enough room to practice and that you are practising safely. Contact me privately if you need to discuss any health concerns. Please do this at least 24 hours before joining my classes for the first time or if you have any health changes. As my regular yoga students know my directions are a guide only. You practice at your own risk. Please do not do anything to jeopardise your health.

Costs for classes
To join any new class (if you have not attended before), please speak to me in person or drop me an email at least 24 hours before the class starts.

Please pay £36 (per link) for the 4 week yoga classes and/or Mindful Meditation sessions. 16-18 year olds - £24 per link.

Taster sessions: For any new people £6 for first trial class. Drop ins: £13 per class.
Please pay 24 hours before you attend your next class.
If you attend two or more Zoom classes per week the third class is free.
